GICLEE ARCHIVAL REPRODUCTIONS THE PROCESS Once an image has been professionally photographed and transfered to either a negative or a transparency, it is then digitally scanned and fed through a computer network system. After scanning imperfections and color corrections are made, the digital image is then sent through the archival printer at resolutions up to 1440 dpi (dots per inch). The image can be recreated on either paper or canvas, in a multitude of sizes ranging up to 60" X 40" and can even be personalized according to the desires of the client. Once the work has been reproduced on canvas it is placed on a wooden stretcher frame and varnished for protection. Each work is then hand signed by the artist. PRICING The range for this service is greatly dependant upon the desires of the client. The client is in control of the project specifics and therefore determines the sixe and price of the final product.
