Missing Pieces I met "Miss P" midway through the creation of the 5150 Series. She is articulate, intelligent, gifted in many arenas and vastly complicated. While sitting in the courtyard consuming as much coffee and smoking as many cigarettes as is possible within 15 minutes, several residents inquired as to why I had not applied my talents to creating a psychological portrait of "Miss P". She scoffingly replied, "Because I'm not beautiful enough". I turned to her and snipped, "All right, bitch,...you're on." Midway through the portrait, Miss P buzzed her hair off in typical lesbian fashion. In countersuit, I asked Miss P to paint my fingernails "Kayak Green" which I maintain to this day in memory of our times spent together. Miss P and I remain in contact with one another and it was an honor to include her in the 5150 series and she remains proud to be a part of.
